Hot Tubs: If you purchased a hot tub, from FreeflowSpas.com and wish to return it, fill out the form below or contact our Customer Service team to process your return 888-961-7727 (M-F, 8am-5pm PST). Any hot tub return canceled after it has shipped will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Applies to orders placed on FreeflowSpas.com only.

Replacement Covers: All sales are final. We do not accept returns of this product. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective and/or damaged products. Freeflow Spas is not responsible for any errors in cover measurements or make/model ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking the make/model and dimensions of your spa before making a purchase. If you need help with this process call 888-961-7727. If there are any issues with your cover delivery and the cover is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $150 shipping fee. If any freight storage fees were accrued before the cover was returned to us, you will be charged the $150 shipping fee plus the additional storage fees. 

All returns must be requested within 60 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be in working, sellable condition without damage.  

Order cancellations and returns initiated prior to shipment will be refunded in full. Accessories returned after shipment will be subject to return shipping fee. Hot tubs returned after shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
