Shipping process was a nightmare. It left the warehouse in a timely fashion but sat in another warehouse 3 hours from us from over a week until I called. The shipper (Ceva) responded that they don’t deliver to our area. Had to get FreeFlow to contact them and then schedule FedEx to pick up the tub and deliver to us.
Upon arrival the top box containing the step was pretty badly damaged but fortunately the steps were not damaged at all.
The installation of the ozone kit did not go well. The instructions did not match the PC board installed in my spa. Had to get technical support to clarify the wiring terminations, which they did quickly. The location of the injector installation was also very strangely located by the factory (adhesive label). They located it right on the spa fitting which caused the tubing to protrude over 2” beyond the framework. After installing the access door, I discovered that the injector fitting connections were all leaking as the flimsy spring clamps were not tight enough to hold the rubber tubing tightly to the fittings. I replaced all of the spring clamps with stainless steel worm gear clamps which resolved the leaks.
After all of the above, we finally were able to enjoy the tub. It’s perfect for 2 people. I’m over six feet tall and I fit in just fine.
Had it not been for all of the issues we had, I would have given 5 stars. I’ll have to commend the Watkins customer service, they were very responsive and able to resolve my issues very quickly.
