Our 2nd Freeflow spa

Our first one lasted 16 years. I love the simplicity, being able to just plug it in. It’s comfortable and does the job.

Awesome tub!

We have had this unit for approx. 5 years, and it has been very reliable. We live in a harsh climate (middle of Canada), and winter temps can get as low as -40C! The tub has performed admirably, even in these crazy conditions. We have two young boys, and the open nature of the round Aptos is fantastic for playing around in (much better for kids than a bunch of molded seats). In the summer we lower the temp, and they use it as a cool-off pool of sorts. My two cents are that the simple bench seating in the Aptos is better than molded seats for functionality and multi-use purposes. Overall great tub, and highly recommend. Gives you a proper hot tub experience at a much lower price point than higher-end units.

Three Years and Going Strong

Going on year three in our Aptos. We love it. Easy install, easy to run, very comfortable. In very cold weather (single digits)it goes form 104 to 100 in about an hour with the full bubbles. Pretty good heat retention. Temps in the 20s on up, it only drops to 101 or higher. We were very glad we made the investment.

FreeflowSpas.com hot tub purchases are all shipped via free curbside delivery (available for continental US only) within 3-4 weeks of purchase. Once your hot tub has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You can always refer to the order tracking tool to check the status of your order. If you ordered any accessories with the hot tub, they will be shipped with the hot tub.

Should you wish to return your Freeflow Spa for any reason within 60-calendar days of the date you received your spa, we will take it back for a full refund of the original purchase price if the merchandise is in working order. All customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee. To process a return, fill out our return form.

Cancellations and returns initiated prior to shipment will be refunded in full.
